Rockville Girls Lacrosse Club is a non-profit organization that encourages girls to play lacrosse through a variety of means. We provide skill development through clinics, league play and tournament play. Our coaching staff consists of Post-Collegiate Players, College Players, High School Coaches and High School Players. Our coaches are Level 1 certified or are working towards their Level 1 certification through the US Lacrosse Association. Our coaches also attend the Positive Coaching Alliance Sessions.
Rockville Girls Lacrosse Club's Philosophy is to help our young athletes develop a sense of responsibility and an understanding of the value of hard work and hustle – all for the purpose of developing strong character. The coaches will teach not only game strategy and techniques but also standards for attitude and effort.
Create an environment in which children and adults have fun with lacrosse.
Teach lacrosse skills, rules, and strategy to our players and prepare them to play at the high school level.
Model and teach competitiveness with an emphasis on good sportsmanship.
Attitude + Effort = Excellence
